The room was spacious and clean. I found that quite nice. Breakfast offered many gluten free options, very helpful. The staff were polite. NOTHING was too much trouble. I enjoyed the terrace seating with sea views.
The hotel car park was small. I found the parking space very limited. It ended up BEING a daily problem.

The breakfast had many options to choose from. I also swam in the pool both days.
I was frustrated by the room. The floor creaked loudly whenever anyone walked above, and I could hear it at 5 AM. It disrupted my sleep. Soundproofing or better flooring would help.

The theatre was just a short walk. i noted the beautiful scones served with jam and cream. the pool facilities met my needs well.
the room overlooked the car park. there was some noise from a chiller unit. it ran throughout the night.

My room was very comfy and tidy. The bathroom included both a bath and shower. I found all the staff to be kind, helpful, and courteous, from the reception desk to breakfast service. I strongly recommend this hotel if you are visiting North Wales, and I will certainly return.
