wow! what a fantastic stay!

sea view attentive staff

i really loved my time. the staff was so attentive and friendly. they upgraded us to a sea view room, it was totally unexpected! the room was very clean and well kept. the location is awesome too! it's super close to the beach and town center.

the lift was quite small, so there was often a queue. it only fits two people! this was the only inconvenience i encountered .

the receptionist was helpful, providing information about local attractions. the housekeeping staff maintained a high level of cleanliness. the location provided convenient access to local shops. the breakfast service offered a selection of options each morning, a great way to start the day.

i did find the elevator to be a little slow during peak hours.

the staff were quite helpful and friendly. any problems were addressed quickly and effectively. my room had a wonderful view.

the lift was not working. the shower temperature fluctuated between hot and cold. the room faced a brick wall.

loose toilet seat scalding shower

the location was acceptable for exploring the area and accessing nearby amenities.

The room was not properly maintained. The shower temperature fluctuated unexpectedly and caused scalding i also noticed the toilet seat was loose and moved when i sat down i heard loud banging doors during the night , made it difficult to sleep.

the location was adequate for access to the beach.

the room reeked with stale smoke even though i requested a non-smoking room. the tv remote was missing a battery cover and some buttons were sticky. also, the shower pressure was so weak it was difficult to rinse the shampoo from my hair.

staff were friendly. i had a comfortable bed in my room. the location was really close to many places to eat. the 24hr reception let me leave my key, then i got it when i came back.

the lift made some noise at night.
