wow! what a fantastic stay!

i really loved my time. the staff was so attentive and friendly. they upgraded us to a sea view room, it was totally unexpected! the room was very clean and well kept. the location is awesome too! it's super close to the beach and town center.

the lift was quite small, so there was often a queue. it only fits two people! this was the only inconvenience i encountered .

i did find the elevator to be a little slow during peak hours.

My room did not match the photos online. The bathroom looked old and needed updating. I saw hairs on the sheets. A group of young people made a lot of noise late at night. Doors were banged loudly.

the location was acceptable for exploring the area and accessing nearby amenities.

The room was not properly maintained. The shower temperature fluctuated unexpectedly and caused scalding i also noticed the toilet seat was loose and moved when i sat down i heard loud banging doors during the night , made it difficult to sleep.

the location was adequate for access to the beach.

the room reeked with stale smoke even though i requested a non-smoking room. the tv remote was missing a battery cover and some buttons were sticky. also, the shower pressure was so weak it was difficult to rinse the shampoo from my hair.
