The front desk staff was friendly and efficient. i found the heating in my room was very effective, it kept the space quite warm. the location was convenient. It was right on the promenade. i appreciated that aspect very much.

the water temperature in the shower was inconsistent. i found this made showering somewhat difficult.

the hotel is directly on the promenade and provides easy access to various attractions. tram stops are very close, which makes transportation very convenient. there is also easy access to corner shops nearby.

the bar area looked clean and well kept. i also noticed that the bar offered a selection of drinks. the opening times for the bar were appropriate.

my room had amenities for making hot beverages with a kettle. three windows provided a good sea view from my room. the room was spacious with plenty of space to move around.

the staff were very helpful and accommodating . they responded quickly to requests, such as providing extra towels. any issue i had was handled promptly and courteously, it was great.

I REALLY liked the location. It was close to EVERYTHING. The promenade LOCATION was great for a night stay, it WAS RIGHT THERE. The guy at the desk WAS friendly. He was REALLY cute. The staff were AMAZING, and so accommodating. I could not ASK for more.

the WINDOWS were not able TO open, and the blinds WERE a little broken, BUT it was ok!!
