the room was clean and the bedding smelled lovely.
The landlady's attitude bothered me. She was straight to the point. i prefer to select my own cooked breakfast, instead, it was placed in front of me. dogs are allowed in the breakfast room, and i did not like that.

The hotel is conveniently situated, just a short distance from the tram stop. I found this beneficial for travelling. Parking was easy, there was a space available right outside the front door. The breakfast was delicious and freshly prepared with an extensive menu, I had the full English. The staff ensured a seamless and very pleasant stay.
The room was slightly dated, although it was clean and functional.

The room was small and lacked proper sound insulation, i could hear everything happening in the hallway. the tv remote was missing its battery cover, that seemed a little careless. also, the shower temperature was inconsistent, fluctuating between hot and cold. It was irritating.

my room was freezing. car parking was available, but it was very poor. the hotel seems very dated, i think it needs modernising.

the cooked breakfast included many options and filled me up for the day. the bedroom had cleaning and a very comfortable bed , just what i required.
the parking spaces are limited , potentially causing inconvenience during peak times.
