the location was perfect. i could see the beach and pier right from my window. the staff was great and very cute. communication was good, made everything easy.

the shower was very small and the curtain kept sticking to me (it was quite annoying). the floor got very wet during showers. there were no hooks for towels and coats, so our towels couldn't dry properly.

the bedrooms were large and spacious the beds were very comfortable the location proved excellent because it was near pleasure beach and south pier my children spent time in the reception area playing pool. the location was a great benefit for my family we walked everywhere easily. the building had a pool table which my kids loved.

the heater in my room wasn't quite up to par it struggled to keep the room warm enough on a particularly cold night.

the owner was friendly and helpful he promptly assisted with my luggage upon arrival he was very cute. he made the check in process smooth and quick I appreciated his attentiveness and willingness to help.

the staff helped me with my bags. the location is near the fair and amusements!!! the family room had an adjoining space. the games room features a pool table for family entertainment.

the other guests were a little noisy.
