The staff were attentive and helpful (.). The breakfast area was clean, and the breakfast itself was nice. The location is great, the entertainment was fun, and the rooms were clean and the bed comfortable. I found the placement on the seafront very convenient, and the evening entertainment enjoyable.

I noticed that the ramp to enter the building is narrow, and it turns, so it can be hard to access.

the staff were very attentive . the breakfast area was clean and inviting each morning. i found the breakfast itself quite nice with good options. i liked that the hotel offered great entertainment each evening.

The room i was initially assigned felt far too small for my liking. squeezing past the bed to reach the other side was a bit inconvenient. Better room layout would be ideal.

tight parking

The parking was a nightmare. it was so tight. people blocked me and i had to call them to move! the reception staff wasn't helpful. One even said they were too drunk to move a car. it was ridiculous!

The location is fantastic with easy access to amenities. The room was clean with fresh towels delivered daily. The entertainment was very good with comedy nights and singers, i enjoyed the shows. I found all the staff to be friendly, and the hotel to be well run.

The room lights switched on and off together, there were only two tea bags.

The dining hall felt busy but well-managed with staff ensuring everyone felt welcome. I observed a waiter named Brian and a young lady named Monique were very attentive. They were especially good with children during meal times.
