the staff showed flexibility regarding my son's dietary needs. the bar area had a very relaxed atmosphere late at night. it was nice to return and have a calm drink at the bar. i found it relaxing overall.

housekeeping didn't replace used cups in the room, i would have appreciated that.

The staff seemed indifferent and did not offer tourist information. I also found it difficult to get the room cleaned daily, even after requesting it. Our bins overflowed, not pleasant.

The breakfast offered a lot of choices, this met my expectations.

The room was not clean enough. I found bodily fluids on the shower wall and ceiling. Carpets had stains and needed cleaning. I was disappointed by this as a Hilton member.
