"The room had a balcony and we could open the doors slightly to let air in but you couldn't go out on the balcony due to safety catch on doors not allowing it but that didn't bother us, we understood that it was designed to keep people safe."

I found the reception staff so helpful and lovely. the barman was a legend! even housekeeping staff were lovely. I found them quite helpful too. restaurant staff were great.

the heating was constantly on and unbearable! it was difficult to sleep, even with a fan and the window open. i did switch off the radiator, but it didn't seem to make much difference!

Breakfast includes good range with many choices. the dining area is quite spacious and the staff are always attentive. i especially appreciated the fresh fruit selection. Everything seemed fresh and regularly refilled.

the hotel is a short walk to the beach and arcades. it's also approximately 15 minutes walk to the shops! the location was perfect though the parking was expensive.

The hotel's location is convenient, offering easy access to the gardens (I especially liked that). The available parking spaces directly in front of the hotel are quite useful. My room had a very good shower, it was spacious and clean. The staff members were always friendly and ready to assist with any questions.

my room was clean. i had a good view of the sea from my window, even though it wouldn't stay open, i still saw much. i found lots of tea options including decaf which was great. we loved that there were plenty of towels available.

the window was a little difficult to keep open.
