FANTASTIC Stay!
friendly staff great location quality food
The staff were very friendly and helpful!!! I found the location great. It made getting around SO easy. Parking was included, a big plus. I also enjoyed the tasty food available. It was great quality.
The room seemed a bit dated, and the floors squeaked a lot. It was pretty annoying, I must say.

lovely getaway
quick check-in polite receptionist spacious balcony smooth check-out
check-in was quick the receptionist was polite. my room had a balcony and terrace it was a nice surprise. breakfast was delicious and there was plenty to choose from. check-out was smooth and speedy too
i found some small pieces of gristle in my chicken panini i had at lunchtime.

the staff were cute when i arrived and showed me to my table. ruby, the server, was friendly polite and kind. the manager was approachable too.

my food was delicious the steak was cooked perfectly. i ordered room service it came swiftly and was good for the price. breakfast was excellent too it provided great value.

the location is superb for the beach it is easily accessible. outside dining is available with covered and non covered areas. there is ample parking space provided as well.

solid stay near the sea
separate sinks good pressure wide selection hotel parking
the room i stayed in was a double room. it featured two separate sinks and good shower pressure. breakfast offered a wide selection, the buffet included juices, cereals, and pastries. the hotel has parking, this made coming and going easy.
the television reception was poor. it was difficult to find channels that came in clearly.

the receptionist i spoke with was very pleasant. the bar staff was friendly and efficient. they seemed to enjoy their jobs, which contributed to a better experience.

friendly staff tidy hotel good selection
The staff were friendly, approachable, and efficient. The hotel was clean and tidy. I enjoyed the 2 for 1 cocktails available between 4 PM and 7 PM. A good selection of food was on the menu, and the portion sizes were good.

adequate stay, some issues present
old furniture difficult access
the breakfast menu was acceptable.
My room was not ideal. The furniture looked quite old-fashioned. the windows did not open easily, i required assistance to unscrew them for ventilation. also, there was no lift, reaching the third floor was difficult.

Mediocre stay. Issues with room and service
warm room disruptive noise
My room was too warm. It lacked air conditioning. a small fan was there, but it barely helped. the noise from outside was also disruptive. it came from a door downstairs. Constantly slamming shut.
