i found this family room disability access room very convenient. breakfast had a decent selection, and the buffet setup was efficient. the location is near local attractions, so getting around was simple and quick.

the dated decor in the room did distract a bit, and it could use a refresh.

the stair carpet was ill-fitted and covered in stains. the handrail to the upper floors was sticky to the touch. the hotel decor is very tired and tatty in places.

The staff was accommodating. Nothing seemed TOO much trouble for them. The owner, Salma, and the staff were all very lovely and kind. This.

The shower space was too small. There was NO place to put shampoos. The breakfast was not good. The coffee was bitter and of low quality, a BIG disappointment for me.

The shower knob was broken. I contacted reception and a staff member confirmed it. The receptionist said since it was Sunday, no one was available to fix it. I was disappointed no one could address this issue.

The staff upgraded our room upon arrival, a lovely surprise. the breakfast area had a live pianist, a magical touch. the garden had ample seating, so relaxing. i found the short walk to the beach perfect for sunrise viewing. It was fine!

i noticed some slight wear on the stair carpets, but it was minor.
