charmed stay by the sea

seafront proximity comfortable bed

The location impressed me! the seafront proximity to the pier and restaurants made exploring easy. the hotel felt modern, with nice, light rooms. The bed was comfortable. i loved the view from the room, especially at night with the pier lit up.

I noticed a lot of stairs. It could be challenging with mobility issues or older people. the absence of a lift became apparent, especially when carrying luggage.

the hotel includes parking, it's a bonus for those driving. alternative parking arrangements are available if the hotel parking is full. this simplifies travel and removes parking worries. it.

the breakfast menu featured various options for all tastes. it provided something for every taste including delicious hot dishes. the breakfast time was convenient, i didn't have to rush in the morning. the dining area was well-kept.

the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. a young man assisted with parking upon arrival and was very helpful! the manager at breakfast was also attentive. i appreciated their assistance and positive attitude.

my room was beautifully decorated and spacious. the ensuite bathroom featured both a bath and a shower? i found toweling bathrobes and slippers, it was a great touch! three windows offered lovely views of the pier.

Really good stay with fine views

I found the location excellent, especially with the free parking. The room had lovely little extras like slippers and dressing gowns. Breakfast was amazing, with many choices available including hot food and buffet options. The staff were cute and friendly .

There was some noise from traffic outside the hotel.

Acceptable stay with issues

cracked chair unemptied bin

The room rate was high (270 GBP for a single night). I expected better quality for that price. A small faux leather chair had cracks. The bin had not been emptied. The room could be a real highlight with some updates, even though it had three windows.
