Guests consistently praise the spacious and clean rooms, many offering lovely sea views, sometimes even from a balcony, where you can watch the activity on the seafront. The hotel's location is ideal for exploring Brighton, with the Royal Pavilion, The Lanes, and Sealife Experience within walking distance. Free parking is a significant bonus, making it easy to come and go. While some guests in attic rooms found them a bit overpriced, the overall consensus points to a comfortable and convenient stay with an excellent breakfast including a full English option.

Acceptable stay with issues

cracked chairunemptied bin
The room rate was high (270 GBP for a single night). I expected better quality for that price. A small faux leather chair had cracks. The bin had not been emptied. The room could be a real highlight with some updates, even though it had three windows.
