A WONDERFUL getaway!

I booked a family room and it included a double bed plus bunk beds, PERFECT for our needs. The room was clean and spacious, moreover it featured a sea view. The provided coffee and tea supplies. the kettle, were a nice touch. A selection of family and board games was just outside our door.

the location is great. i loved the clean, spacious room, and the bed was so comfy! i especially liked the harry potter decor around the house (i'm a big fan!). the full english breakfast was amazing.
the shower temperature was slightly inconsistent, alternating between hot and cold.

i found the guest house very clean and newly decorated. it had a funky decor. the location was also fantastic, it was close to the beach. i found parking with no problems.
the shower had inconsistent hot and cold water, a bit annoying.

i stayed here for three nights and was very pleased. the room had coffee and tea supplies with a kettle, so convenient. there was a station just outside the room with board games and books, a great touch for families. the shared bathrooms were immaculate and smelled fresh each time.
the shower temperature in the shared bathroom fluctuated slightly, a bit unexpected.

the location is superb for beach access and is also near the train station. the breakfast was first class i enjoyed the variety. secure bike storage is available at the premises.

the owners were really friendly. they had lots of good advice. breakfast was amazing and very tasty! it was a short distance to the beach though it rained all the time.
the bathroom was shared and the shower was hot and cold not consistent.
