Kempfield House enjoys a fantastic location, just a two-minute walk from the beach, with many Kemptown bars and restaurants close by. Guests often appreciate the clean and comfortable rooms, some featuring a jacuzzi and extras such as a fridge, tea and coffee facilities, and even complimentary snacks. While generally well-equipped, some guests have noted that the TV in their room was not working. The hotel's connection to the pub next door is a plus for many, especially for those looking for breakfast.

cheap flooringloose handle
The flooring in the room seemed cheaply done, and the shower lacked a bathmat. This felt quite dangerous. The shower handle also needed tightening. It was loose. Breakfast is not served. That was disappointing!
