sam welcomed me warmly and provided useful insights about the local area. the guesthouse was super clean and well-kept i had a awesome breakfast . my family enjoyed our time there very much.
finding parking proved challenging because i had to search for spaces some distance away before walking back at night.

the breakfast had plenty of choices, including apple juice and orange juice available on the table. tea and coffee were also available in the room. the location was great, just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. the hosts seemed friendly and helpful.
parking was listed as a facility, but it was actually in a local car park over a five minute walk away. i found that to be a bit of a stretch. the shower didn't work well, and the chairs were not comfortable.

I found the room quite big and clean. the temperature in the room was great, and the facilities suited my needs. the location was also a plus. breakfast was good. The host provided freshly cooked options.
the parking situation was inconvenient. i had to search for spaces far away and then walk back at night. i found the street rather noisy during the night. the main mattress proved quite uncomfortable.

the breakfast had a GREAT variety. the owner, sam, was always available and gave tips about local spots. my room, a double room, had very effective blackout curtains.
the staircase DID feel slightly narrow.
