charming seaside stay!

sea view friendly staff

i booked a family room and really liked it! the large balcony had fine sea views, and i got to enjoy them. staff were friendly and checked in on us. parking was convenient and reasonably priced.

the kettle in my room had a broken lid. this made it difficult to make tea or coffee, a bit inconvenient. i hope they can fix it soon.

Excellent service near the seafront

cute staff convenient location

Ali at reception was very cute and helpful. The room exceeded my expectations given the budget price. I especially liked that there was space in the lounge downstairs to sit and eat takeaway dinners. The hotel is also conveniently located, not too far from local attractions.

I found some dirt on the handrails throughout public areas. The condition of the handrails affected my overall impression.

The staff, especially Ali, provided a very warm welcome. He was consistently helpful and polite with all requests I made. He assisted me in finding a good room deal that met my needs. This level of attention was excellent.

stained carpet clogged shower

the location was acceptable as it was close to the seafront

the room smelled musty and the carpet looked stained i found several hairs in the bathroom the shower drain was clogged causing water to pool during showers it was unpleasant

Amazing stay near the sea!

perfect wifi tea facility comfortable bed

I found free wifi worked perfectly throughout the hotel. My room had tea and coffee facilities which was great. I had a comfortable bed. It certainly helped me sleep soundly (a must for any trip!).

The parking cost was an extra fee per day. It was a bit more than expected.

Great Location Near the Beach

convenient location sea view clear view

The hotel's location is very convenient. The beach front and the pier are just a short walk across the road. It is about a ten minute walk to the town centre. I had a sea view room with a balcony that gave a clear view across the bay.

I had to phone upon arrival to get a member of staff. This was not ideal. There was nobody at the reception.

The hotel offered a great location. It was just across from the beach. My room had a balcony complete with a table and chairs. I found the bed comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful.. they provided plenty of towels and toiletries . The room and linens were clean.

The hotel could benefit from updates throughout the hotel.
