The location was acceptable. It was close enough to the beach.
the room i got was small. soundproofing was non-existent, so i heard everything happening in nearby rooms and hallways. carpets had some nasty stains, and the walls seemed like they needed a good scrub and fresh paint.

the location was ideal for a short walk to the beach. our quadruple family room provided enough space for us all, it was clean. every staff member was so friendly, helpful, and cute, that created a really special stay. breakfast offered a buffet with cereals, fruits, and a hot food menu.
I noticed the hotel area could use some freshening up. the latch on our bedroom window was broken. the shower head was difficult to adjust, it kept pointing at the wall. the bed was quite noisy, it impacted my sleep. I was also woken by other guests arriving late.

Staff members were very nice and showed great hospitality. They helped prepare the room as a surprise for my partner's birthday, the staff really went the extra mile. room service was great upon request.

the room included a beautiful sky mural behind the headboard. the bathroom was a good size, it offered a useful anti-steam mirror. the room was bright and airy with a beautiful sky mural.

the restaurant food was gorgeous. the huge cream tea was fine and a special treat. the breakfast quality was superb and there was also ample parking available at the back of the hotel.

The location is FANTASTIC. It's very close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The staff were nice and hospitable throughout my stay. I loved that the hotel area was very neat and included a cozy restaurant.
The bathroom was a bit small. I found it to be a minor inconvenience.
