I found the staff friendly and helpful. My room was clean, and maintained to a high standard . The beachfront location is convenient, and I particularly enjoyed easy access to both indoor and outdoor pools.
The hotel parking area was somewhat cramped. it was hard to maneuver at times

Great location, Clean Rooms!

The hotel looks recently refurbished! The rooms and bathrooms are both clean. The hotel is very close to beaches, especially Lusty Glaze. Front rooms have a nice sea view. The location of the hotel makes it walkable to beaches and restaurants.
Hotel car parking is very tight and hard to access! The entrance to the car park at the rear is sloped. another car was blocking the entrance, restricting the space to enter the car park.

The staff was lovely and helpful! The front desk staff was especially amazing. They were so helpful and understanding and quick to help out with questions!

The hotel has a great pool and bar. The pool was a nice extra to have. I saw a sauna, though I did not get the chance to use it. The hotel also provides evening entertainment.

The breakfast was good with plenty of choice. The restaurant is good and the value is great! The hotel dinner is ok and includes a set three course menu.
