The room included both a refrigerator and tea making facilities. the hotel offered designated storage for surfboards which was useful! the staff provided quick and faultless service. I am grateful.
the breakfast was a fixed price, and it felt a little expensive.

The family room sofa bed was a great size (plenty of space for everyone). i found coffee facilities perfect. the kids really loved the outdoor pirate park. It kept them entertained for hours. there was a cinema, a surprise and a bonus for evening relaxation.
Parking was difficult. I had to park a ten minute walk away. this was inconvenient when carrying luggage.

the staff were friendly and helpful (especially in the restaurant). i was greeted warmly upon arrival. staff was smiling, even when away from their own families.

The hotel's location close to the beach was convenient.
The hotel's 4-star rating seems questionable. I found navigating the narrow hallways difficult, especially with luggage. The overpowering detergent scent in the dog-friendly room was unpleasant, it was a nightmare to sleep properly.

Really good Family Stay!

I found the family facilities wonderful, the play area within the restaurant really helped. The cinema room kept my kids entertained for hours (a real treat!). The swimming pool was another highlight. It's perfect for families like mine. The view overlooking the beach is fine, what a bonus!
The parking situation was a slight inconvenience. Spaces were limited, so I used a car park a short walk away.

This spot is close to the beach, made beach trips super easy and convenient. It's a short distance from the city center, with a balance of tranquility and accessibility. I could easily walk to shops and restaurants.

The hotel provides a lovely pool that is great for both adults and kids (I really enjoyed it!). There are soft play areas, big games, and outdoor play areas to keep the children busy. I really appreciate having access to both indoor and outdoor play areas.

the staff was lovely on reception. i also really liked the lady in the bar, though i didn't get her name. she accommodated my food request beyond expectations. there was plenty of space to sit and watch people..
