local breads accessible reception dirty pillows damp smell
The breakfast was great. It had many choices, including local breads. The reception area was accessible with efficient staff (very helpful).
The pillows had dirt on them upon arrival. The hotel was informed, but it was not resolved. The bathroom smelled strongly of damp, it made the rest of the room smell.

A Few Imperfections

friendly staff breakfast quality extra spa cost poor cocktail
The breakfast offered good quality choices, both buffet and cooked options were availables. Most of the staff looked friendly and helpful. Bar staff seemed eager to please. They wanted us was like we belonged. The room presented itself well.
I booked the spa, but it was not included with my stay. The cost was an additional £40 per person for a two-hour slot. I thought the cost was excessive and the information was misleading. The bar's happy hour resulted in poorly mixed cocktails. I found better options in Guinness and wine.
