the staff provided a warm welcome. the room provided a wonderful sea view, which i found good. the coffee machine in the room worked perfectly and the bathroom offered elemis products. the beds were AMAZING!!!
I noticed the carpets was old. They seemed rather dirty.

the location offers free parking on the road, convenient. the hotel is close to venue cymru (i went to a concert), yet it's a short walk from the town center.
the receptionist was not very friendly upon my arrival (a little smile would be nice).

The receptionist wasn't friendly upon arrival. the first room was inaccessible for a person with disabilities. the other room was better. i could not use the bath and shower. the carpet was not vacuumed for the 3 days we were there, and the cushions and bed throw were dirty. it was a disappointment.

the hotel placed us right on the beach front, i found it very nice. a lovely greeting happened at reception when i arrived. the room felt clean, seemed comfortable, and included everything needed.

The hotel offered a lovely modern feel, and the staff were very cute when i arrived. i found the rooms clean with a comfortable bed. I slept well each night. the location is great. It made getting around simple. i enjoyed the breakfast. There was lots of choice available.

staff are so cute. she was fabulous and helpful. the offered evening meal was a pleasant surprise. the hotel is dog friendly so my dog could accompany me and i could chat to other dog owners. all the staff were pleasant and helpful.
the room wasn't cleaned as expected for this price. i noticed some signs of damage like a broken window latch.
