a satisfactory experience

warm pool prompt access helpful staff small room no air conditioning no lift

The staff welcomed us warmly and allowed us access to our rooms promptly. It cost £5 per person for an hour. the pool itself was warm and of a good size. it featured a jacuzzi WHICH was a pleasant surprise.

The room i stayed in was quite small and uncomfortably hot. there was no air conditioning, so cooling the room was impossible. It reminded me of a hot box. also, there was NO lift available, so climbing multiple flights of stairs proved quite challenging.

The hotel offers convenient access to transportation with a tram stop located right outside. The staff was very helpful and accommodating to any requests I had. I was impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of my room. I found the beds to be especially comfortable. That ensured restful nights.

The lift experienced a temporary breakdown, requiring the use of stairs for a short period.

clean room good shower fantastic sauna

the room was clean and had a good shower. everything i needed was provided for my stay. i enjoyed the pool and sauna , it was a great extra amenity.

the hotel did not have blackout curtains, so my room was bright early in the morning.

the room featured a shower with good water pressure , i found this quite refreshing. also , the location suited me well because i was in the area i prefer. the provided breakfast offered a sufficient selection of options.

the room i had felt somewhat cold , but it wasn't too severe.

slightly underwhelming stay

dated room gentle shower

honestly the room felt pretty dated the tv remote was missing a button or two. the shower pressure was more of a gentle suggestion. also i'm pretty sure the curtains were older than me. i did find a rogue sock under the bed from a previous guest, always a good surprise.

broken door dirty carpets

the location was near to the tram stop, alright i guess.

The state of the room was not great. the bathroom door was broken and the shower temperature was difficult to adjust. It was either too hot or too cold. cleanliness was lacking everywhere, the carpets were dirty and clearly needed a good clean.
