Acceptable Stay, Issues Noted

unpleasant odourcarpet stains
(I did not like it.) the internal grey doors had unsightly chips throughout. This made the interior appear rather shabby. The cleanliness was substandard. Visible dust coated skirting boards and the bath was not properly cleaned. Carpet stains were present, and thorough vacuuming seemed neglected near the skirting boards.

The staff was very friendly. the food was good, and there was plenty of choice. the entertainment was really good. it was an enjoyable stay. the room was clean.
i was on the fourth floor, difficult, especially going up and down a few times daily. i saw elderly people struggling with the stairs each day.

The staff were helpful. The rooms were clean. I enjoyed the evening entertainment, especially the singers. The food selection at dinner was good.
It was often out of service. One bar was open at a time. Sitting through endless bingo games was required to get a drink, though not everyone wants to play bingo! The compere act is quite dated.
