Really good Hotel Experience

fantastic viewgreat decorsmall room
The location offered fantastic views. I had the balcony room. breakfast was good, and the decor throughout the hotel looked great. i definitely recommend this hotel.
The room was small. The main issue was that the heating wouldn't turn off. multiple staff members attempted to fix the issue without success. the supervisor on shift seemed unwilling to offer a refund, but the general manager resolved it.

the bar area was nice, and i was grateful to find that it stayed open quite late. the location offered easy access to the town center and the pier was just across the road.

early noisesmall shower
I stayed in a room near what sounded like some industrial equipment. It started early, around 6 AM. Staff acted like it was news to them, but other reviews mention the same noise! It stopped me from sleeping well. I was looking forward to a relaxing bath, but the shower was tiny. I had trouble just turning around in it.

THE team, especially Chris, Jen, Hayley, and Ben, offered AMAZING insights on local attractions! Breakfast IS special. The full breakfast is delicious. My partner raved about the Coal Miner Toasty and will miss it UNTIL our return.
WATCH out for those seagulls.
