dirty carpets stained sheets
My stay wasn't great. the corridor carpets looked quite dirty. They seemed not to have been properly cleaned. the room itself felt unclean too. i found a stain on the sheets, quite off-putting and there was rubbish under the bed, suggesting it hadnt been hoovered. this made me question the overall hygiene of the place,

Surprisingly Lovely Stay
large room comfy bed honoured request attentive staff
The room was large, a real plus, and it allowed me to move around with ease. I found the bed comfy. I slept REALLY well each night. I asked for a room change before arrival and my request was honoured. The staff were attentive and resolved my queries quickly.
The lift made a strange noise on occasion, a minor inconvenience.

helpful staff central location value money mouldy grout pubic hair shaking lift
the staff were very helpful when i needed to extend my stay. the price was reasonable for the central location. the hotel met my expectations completely and provided value for money.
the grout in the shower had mould. the mug provided had a pubic hair, a bit off-putting. the lift started shaking during use and seemed like an earthquake. i reported this to reception, they said they were waiting for someone to fix it.

filthy carpet dirty shower
The staff were friendly. The location is acceptable.
The entrance looked awful. The carpet on the stairway to reception was filthy. I also found the shower to be dirty so I chose not to use it.

the rooms were clean and had comfortable beds.
my room was excessively cold upon arrival, even though it is july. the single small heater provided proved insufficient, it struggled to warm the room even when left on continuously. additionally, i observed considerable dirt on the windows, they obstructed the view.

The location proved very convenient to the seafront and local attractions. The staff members seemed friendly and helpful during my interactions with them. I found the room to be clean and the bed quite comfortable. The check-in process was quick, allowing me to settle in without delay.
