The food in the restaurant was good, I found it to be very good value. The staff was friendly and helpful (i appreciated that!). The entertainment provided was also quite enjoyable.

The noise level was high because of other guests. They were drunk and ran around on the first floor until late, around 1.30. My room was close to the stairwell, which didn't help. I also found the breakfast lady to be rude.

i found the breakfast to be fabulous. the room felt spacious. i appreciated its excellent value.

room 355 presented a challenge. i found sitting on the toilet difficult because of its proximity to the wall facing me. i had to go downstairs to manage things. there wasn't a quiet room available for reading.

the breakfast had plenty of choice and was well presented.

The room allocated (a standard double) was too hot. i could not open the window at night because of a noisy air conditioning unit nearby. the coffee price approached £5 for a medium cup.

the food had much choice and was lovely! the staff was helpful and friendly. the evening entertainment was also quite good. there is a tram stop located right outside the hotel. it made trips to the tower convenient.

The room was very small. Entering the bathroom required sideways movement.
