fantastic stay!

I found nathan and martin very polite! they were really funny too. the room we stayed in was very clean. the amazing cleaners knocked on the door. They asked if we needed any towels or bin bags. we want to thank nathan and martin and all the staff for a fantastic stay. I would stay again. breakfast was also great and it was nice to look out over the front.

the room felt a little small for a double. it was a bit tight, i thought. i also noticed there was no soap of any kind provided.

the double room included fresh bedding, i thought it was very crisp. a wardrobe with enough hangers for our stay was available. plenty of tea, coffee, and milk sachets were in the room with a kettle.

the hotel is in a fantastic location. you can enjoy lovely views from the restaurant! also, a bus stop and tram stop sit directly in front of the hotel, useful for trips around the city.

The room included a TV with many channels. The bathroom radiator worked well. The location is convenient with a tram stop across the promenade.

The shower head was fixed so directing water was difficult. The shower head dripped constantly. There were not enough sockets for charging phones.

The dining room is great, breakfast was very tasty both mornings. I saw a constant supply of freshly cooked food on the buffet. There was a decent selection of cereals and fresh juices. The staff were all very nice and polite. Everyone I spoke to couldn't do enough to help us.

The windows only opened a tiny bit, so the room was warm all the time.

Fantastic Stay with Really good Service!

I found the front desk guy lovely. He was super helpful and accommodating! The room was awesome, and the bath was lush! (We don't have one at home, just a shower.) The kids especially loved having a bath, so that was a huge plus and elevated the experience very much.

The hotel parking situation could use some improvement. It was not very helpful in regards to parking, even though I explained we were both disabled. They should make what parking they do have for disabled guests, as there's a huge car park guests can use in the grand hotel a few doors down.

The hotel is ideally positioned, with easy access to nearby attractions. I liked the location, as it is situated only a minute's walk from a venue I was attending. This proximity greatly added to the convenience.
