cold corridor limited towels
the room felt cold i noticed the corridor had no heating. the heating in the room seemed to turn on and off without any clear pattern it was quite annoying. we only had one large towel between the two of us that felt a bit cheap. the kitchen closed early one evening i was hungry and had to walk to another restaurant in the cold

The room included tea and coffee making facilities. the free parking on-site was very convenient, A BIG plus. the ensuite bathroom featured a shower. It was modern. The location allowed easy access to local attractions.
the breakfast buffet lacked fresh fruit options.

sea view excellent location helpful staff loud music car parking annoying problem
the room had a nice sea view. i also found the breakfast to be good, it was really nice. the staff where helpful and i think it was excellent location.
the loud music in the bar was thump thump thump. i could hear the music from my room so it was annoying. also, car parking was a problem, it was rammed and double parked.

bay view presented bar excellent food outdoor seating
the hotel had a fantastic location. views of the bay were fine. the bar was well presented and offered excellent food. sky sports played in the bar and pool tables provided entertainment. i also noticed a large outdoor seating area.
my toilet in room 25 had a small leak i noticed, it was a little annoying during the entire stay.

Wonderful Stay with Excellent Service
friendly staff helpful service tasty food
The staff, especially Megan and Emily, were friendly and helpful. They ensured I was well looked after and were always ready to assist with anything I needed. The food was tasty and well prepared. The location offered easy access to the main street and marina (very convenient for exploring).
The corridors leading to the room looked dark and in need of some redecoration. The carpets looked worn and could benefit from replacement or deep cleaning.

The hotel provides easy access to the city center, the beach, and bus stops, all within a short walk (it made getting around very simple). Its proximity to the marina also allows for quick access to various attractions and activities. This central setting enhanced my overall visit.

My superior double room was spacious, with both a double and single bed with a lounge area that was perfect for relaxation. The room offered comfortable seating and a good view of the bay through a floor to ceiling window. The room was located on the main floor.

Breakfast included a selection of tasty cooked foods, prepared well and served hot in the conservatory area overlooking the bay. The drinks selection was good, and the on-site bar offered a pleasant atmosphere for evening relaxation (the sky TV was a bonus!). I enjoyed the meals.

professional staff great food selection freshly cooked food tired room dirty carpet high price
i found the staff to be professional. the restaurant food had a great selection. breakfast and dinner were freshly cooked.
the room felt quite tired. the carpet had some dirty spots. the room generally did not feel worth the money i paid.
