Check-in was efficient. Staff were helpful. The location near shops suited me. I got free coffee each morning. The bed was comfy.

The bathroom felt small. Water splashed outside the shower. I noticed the external area needs some work. I found the soundproofing poor.

Functional Stay Near the Seaside

The location proved spot on for my seaside destination. The staff was helpful, especially one French lady, she promptly changed my room and provided an extra duvet. Free hot drinks were available each morning from 6 am to 10 am.

There were no tea making facilities available in the room. I also noticed the absence of conveniently placed plug sockets near the bed. That was a minor inconvenience

Convenient Stay Near the Ferry Port

convenient location early ferry helpful staff food options

The location was convenient for catching an early ferry (it was a great choice). Our room provided everything needed for a single night. The staff member at reception was also very helpful and friendly. I was actually surprised to find fast food options so close to the hotel, a simple 10 minute walk gets you to Fratton train station.

The parking situation was a bit limited outside the hotel. I wish there was more space available.

clean room convenient location

the room was clean and well kept. the location is convenient, with shops nearby. i slept very well and found it easy to access everything i needed.

parking was difficult, as the hotel has limited spaces. i had to park in the b&q car park, it was a little walk away.
