I found the hotel's location convenient for accessing local attractions. My room had tea making facilities and a large screen TV. Wi-Fi coverage was consistent throughout the hotel, which I found useful for staying connected.
The corridor leading to my room seemed somewhat dated.

Mixed Experience , Some Issues Present
limited parking dated bathroom
The location was pretty good , close to the sea.
Parking was a real issue . The website claimed on-site parking , but it was limited. I ended up having to park down the street, imagine my delight. The bathroom was also dated and desperately needed some paint , it even featured a rather excellent brown stain on the bath.
