The sea view from the balcony was amazing. I sat on reclining balcony chairs watching the sea. I received a discount at the bar because I opted out of daily housekeeping. It was easy to get top-ups at reception if needed.

fantastic sea view room
rainfall shower separate sinks great location
i stayed in a double or twin room sea view no dogs. the room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the location near the main promenade was great!
the lifts were a little slow.

comfortable bed excellent service dog friendly
the accessible room had twin profiling beds. these beds were very comfortable. a grabrail next to the toilet was a bit wobbley. the staff fixed it the following day and the service was excellent.
the parking space was reserved. entering the car park i saw many available spaces just for normal parking.

meals in the retreat each evening were delicious. i reserved a table in the snug area because i need space for my partner's wheelchair. it was nice knowing i could get a decent table.

The hotel has an outdoor pool maintained in excellent condition. my room had comfortable beds. staff members were always happy to assist. I felt comfortable in the hotel.
the room became quite warm since there was no air conditioning installed.
