The location was acceptable (not too far from the attractions).
There was no hot water in the shower. I had to take cold showers . The pillows reminded me of bricks. The room was unbelievably hot at night.

I found the location quite convenient, very close to the beach. the room was clean and included tea and coffee making facilities. the staff seemed helpful, providing prompt service. The iron and ironing board i requested arrived quickly. i was also pleased about the ample car parking available.
the shower water pressure could have been stronger.

The reception staff answered questions well. The lady at the reception surprised me with an upgrade at check-in. the staff provided very attentive service and ensured a warm welcome. the people seemed to enjoy their work.

the location proved very close to the square. i found the staff very helpful during the day. the hotel location is perfect and my room was lovely.
the room did have a funky smell, and there were marks on the ceilings.
