The location was super! Alum Chine beach is only a ten-minute walk away. The swimming pool and hot tub were also fantastic. I really enjoyed them. Staff were very helpful and efficient here too.

The food wasn't so good though! The evening entertainment was great.

The receptionist completed check-in quickly. we enjoyed exploring and relaxing in the swimming pool. It was not crowded. the bridge bar and grill provided great food and service. I wanted a pint and my partner wanted coffee. the family room had ample space. the shower pressure could have been stronger.

i found some areas needed attention. cracked concrete tiles covered most of the balcony floor, indicating general disrepair.

i found such gentle souls among the staff, their smiles were sunshine. the plentiful free parking eased my mind because i knew my car was safe. i really liked the closeness to the beach, it makes it easy to hear the sea.

i felt the room needed more soundproofing because i could hear everything next door. this made it hard to sleep well.
