Excellent Beach Getaway

The location is amazing! I enjoyed the free shuttle service to town. The staff was friendly. I also liked the gin left in the room upon arrival.
The description of rooms did not match the hotel's, leading to unnecessary stress upon arrival. The burger was hard and tasteless. The spa is also basic.

This hotel offers a great location right by the beach, very convenient. A free shuttle service operates between South Sands and the nearby area. The hotel has a good ferry service directly opposite the building.

The room included tea and coffee making facilities. There were ample wardrobes and drawers available. The en-suite had a deep bath and shower. twin wash basins for convenience and a heated towel rail.

The spa offered a jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna. The open-plan lounge bar had panoramic sea views. Ample chairs and comfy sofas were available in the lounge for relaxation. I found them useful.

The Continental Breakfast was comprehensive and well-presented. Dinner had many choices from the menu. The food was beautifully cooked and served. The afternoon tea was of good value. there was a great view!!!

the hotel location is beautiful. the complimentary gin and tonic in my room was a nice touch. the spa facilities were great, and the balcony room had a lovely large bed. i generally loved the place.
I was surprised by the surcharge for hot dishes at breakfast. This reminded me of an unnecessary expense. considering the already expensive room rate

I liked the room's elevated terrace. It offered a beautiful view of the sea. The 36-inch wall-hung smart TV was easy to use. I appreciated the tea and coffee making facilities provided.
the continental breakfast option required a small additional charge for a full English breakfast, UNEXPECTED.

the location had some charm i suppose, being near the beach.
i was not impressed that hot breakfast items had an extra charge. i had already paid for breakfast, a full buffet should have been provided, not this half-hearted attempt at luxury. it felt a bit stingy, not what i would expect given how much the room cost.
