noisy room insincere apology

the family room faced a pub and main road. it was very noisy, sleep was difficult. i had emailed in advance to mention my silver wedding anniversary. i requested a sea view, but my email was not acknowledged until the day before arrival. the receptionist apologized repeatedly, it seemed insincere

I found the breakfast to be a good experience. The selection available catered to many tastes. the staff displayed genuine warmth and attentiveness throughout my stay. my room was spacious and very clean. It allowed for a restful retreat after a day of exploration. i appreciated the prime location, close to local attractions and the calming sea.

The bar menu felt somewhat limited. I longed for a broader array of choices to complement the otherwise lovely atmosphere.

the room was a double room. the housekeeping staff kept everything super clean . everyone was helpful with directions.

loud noise poor cleaning

The location was fine. i found some issues. our room faced a pub, and the noise made sleep nearly impossible. i asked for a different room the next day and got one. the hotel seems quite worn. cleaning could improve in many areas, such as the windows. it's unfortunate.
