the receptionist during check-in was unfriendly. there was a parking fine AFTER my stay.

I found the staff very helpful. the location is great. It's right next to the beach. i enjoyed a fantastic sea view from my balcony. also, the breakfast had a good selection and i easily found options for my needs.
the wi-fi signal was a little weak in certain areas of the hotel.

the staff was friendly and the room seemed acceptable.
The photos online did not match the reality of the building. It looked quite run-down. the cleanliness was also a concern, especially the bathroom floor. It clearly had not been cleaned well because of hair everywhere and the wifi connection was poor.

the room was spacious like a super king room. two big singles beds were together. it was perfect for us with one side of the windows facing the beach. we did not use housekeeping. they offered us six free drinks. we did not use any other facilities from the hotel.
the kettle bottom was brown. the room was very warm. parking was expensive.
