The location was excellent with proximity to key attractions. The restaurant and bar offered views across the channel. I found the staff very cute. The food was clearly a point of pride for the kitchen staff.
The parking situation was difficult due to a small car park. This sometimes caused inconvenience.

The restaurant features a beautiful sea view. I enjoyed food from the Sunset Bar menu. The quality and service were excellent. My room was super clean (I think it was the King Room) and of a high standard with great furniture, cleanliness, and fresh linen. I really appreciated the professional staff. Jake was very friendly and helpful.
I noticed the room felt somewhat basic and in need of refreshing. The room overlooked a car park and I could hear the kitchen ventilators. (I hope this is fixed soon!)

the water pressure for the shower was very poor and the water temperature was not hot enough, a shame.

The terrace has amazing views. The restaurant offers a great menu with reasonable prices. I was grateful. The staff were very friendly and cute, which I appreciated.
The staircase to the rooms felt a bit worn.
