the staff was friendly! the animation team kept everyone entertained, and the bar staff was just great. i really had a fantastic time and would certainly come back for another visit.
the wifi was quite spotty. it made staying connected a bit of a challenge.

the cuisine was delicious, offering great variety each day. the breakfast had a fantastic range, included healthy options like vegetable juice mixes, fruit salads, and muesli, so something for everyone!

the hotel provides ample amenities the pools were clean there were sufficient loungers available the gym included treadmills i also enjoyed the various on-site bars. the hotel is well kept. daily towel service ensured i always had fresh towels. the room service was prompt and efficient. i appreciate the attention to detail.
i noticed slight wear on some of the furniture pieces in the lobby area.

the hotel boasts a central location with convenient access to both the royal beach and the oufella fort a short cable car ride connects the hotel to the fort offering panoramic views. the hotel's setting allowed for pleasant long walks.

the safe in my room was not working properly. also, the patio doors did not lock.
