i had some issues with the room the air conditioning did not work properly it made the room uncomfortable the breakfast area felt cramped i had to wait for a table and it was hard to move around with food the staff were not very attentive at breakfast i felt ignored when i arrived

I found old furniture in the rooms. Mattresses were not comfortable. The hotel didn't have kettle in rooms.

The front desk staff offered assistance. The room included a good selection for breakfast. Public transportation access was easy from the hotel.
I found two smaller beds pushed together instead of one large double bed as booked. The safe in the room was non-functional. I had to request ironing facilities at the reception. They were not in the room.

the windows let in a lot of outside noise. i heard sounds from outside the room. this impacted the quality of my sleep slightly.

the hotel was quite clean, a feature i value. the staff seemed genuinely friendly and were quick to help with any questions i had. the breakfast included many choices (i especially liked the fruit selection). i also appreciated the easy access to public transportation, simplifying my travel around town.
the phone in my room did not work , so i could not call the reception from my room.

the staff was helpful. the underground car park was good.
the room i got had issues. black out curtains didn't close properly. the bathroom had rust around the shower plug hole. the breakfast also disappointed me. hot food was cold.
