Decent stay, but some issues need attention

The air conditioning in my Premier Room Sea View 1 King Bed Balcony was too loud. Even when I switched it off, that noise persisted. Sleeping became a challenge, so I needed earplugs every night. The restaurant service was also not great. Waiters seemed inattentive and slow to respond to requests. I didn't have good meal experiences due staff issues.

I was impressed by the breakfast buffet. the selection included many options, and the quality was consistent. It was a highlight of each day. the rooftop bar provided awesome sunset views. but the madame pearle spa enhanced relaxation with great mani and pedi services!
