Wonderful Stay with Excellent Service

great hospitality spacious room delicious food

The staff showed excellent hospitality from check-in to the rooftop pool. Our room was spacious and comfortable. It was a Junior Suite Golf View Double Bed! The delicious food options and great cocktails added to the experience.

The gym was not equipped very well. I expected more from this hotel. There was no variety in the equipment. It looked pretty poor! Some areas needed more attention, and the gym should be a priority. Overall I am happy with the rest

Staff members at the restaurants are friendly, polite, and always smiling! Victor was amazing. He frequently checked on us to ensure everything was satisfactory. The coco cafe staff took great care of us, laughing and smiling a lot.

The hotel gives access to Dolphin Beach, one of the best beaches on the island! It takes a team to work, including drivers who take guests to the beach. This makes the commute very comfortable and easy.

Breakfast at the Mediterranean restaurant was better. The dinner was also amazing! The tacos from the van were delicious. The staff at the outside bar were really nice and friendly. Food quality was above average.

The hotel has various clean pools. One is an amazing rooftop infinity pool! The hotel feels luxurious. Housekeeping keeps the rooms very clean. Julian, a very nice manager, listened to concerns with understanding.

the variety of restaurants and bars impressed me, with each location offering distinct flavors and atmospheres. food quality stood out, exceeding typical all-inclusive standards. staff members showed warmth, always ready to assist and ensure a perfect stay. the rooftop view offered an unparalleled panorama, becoming our favorite spot for sunsets.

poor gym missing bathtubs

The rooftop infinity pool was acceptable. It was decent, I suppose.

The gym was rather poor. It lacked essential equipment. Restaurants were not all open, reducing dining choices. The lack of bathtubs was really disappointing, I wanted a soak.
