Excellent Stay with Seaside Views

sea view helpful staff lovely touch tea coffee

The large double room provided a sea view and was perfect. All staff were amazing. I appreciated their attentiveness. I found complimentary chocolate and sweets. as a lovely touch. The room offered tea and coffee facilities.

The curtains did not fully close. this was a minor issue.

The location was fantastic, right on the seafront. A local map provided details of nearby restaurants offering discounts. My allocated room had a sea view and both a bath and shower. The staff sorted out the parking arrangements for me.

the location was fabulous near the sea. staff were helpful and friendly, a true asset. the victorian lift was a treasure, full of character.

The shower was outdated and small. Water pressure was weak. the room had a bad smell. It was quite noticeable. i found the customer service lacking, especially concerning the hot water issue.
