the staff were friendly, it's true.
The air conditioning struggled to keep up. The room got uncomfortably warm. the breakfast selection was basic. The same options were offered every day i was there. frankly, i grew tired of the limited choices available each morning.

The hotel's location was a definite plus. It's a short walk to the city of arts and sciences. i found the staff really helpful and kind , i greatly appreciate that. the room i had was a decent size with good facilities, it surpassed my expectations for a holiday inn express. the wi-fi connection was reliable,.
the breakfast options were somewhat limited, i think that's something that could be improved
