peeling wallpaperstreet noise
the room felt a little dated the decor seemed like it hadn't been updated in years the wallpaper was peeling in a couple of spots it was clean however the bathroom was small with a very basic shower i also noticed some noise from the street at night , made it difficult to sleep at times

The team was friendly and helpful from check-in to departure, i felt welcome. the room was comfortable with a lovely bed. It had everything i needed. breakfast was excellent, and i appreciated the gluten-free option and oat milk for tea.
the building shows its age and could use minor decor updates.

The hotel offers largely level access, a wide choice of breakfast options, and is a short walk to the theatre. staff provide friendly service. The location is handy for restaurants, a cinema, and the towner art gallery. It is quite convenient.

The breakfasts were superb and plentiful with great ingredients. serving staff were particularly friendly and helpful. I appreciated the gluten-free options. there were options for oatmilk with tea and the staff were really accommodating to dietary needs.

The room was spacious with a huge comfortable bed and pristine linen. it included a large step-in shower and a separate bath. The room was beautifully clean. the location was very quiet and peaceful!

I direct booked my room last minute with the hotel. the rooms were lovely. My suite was spacious and airy. the bed felt very firm and comfortable. it was very quiet here. Peaceful sleep I had. staff were AMAZING. So helpful and informative.
