Victorian Charm and Convenient Location

I found the reception staff very relaxed and helpful. My room was quiet with high ceilings and very clean. I also appreciated the hotel's close proximity to the Towner Art Gallery. On-site parking access was a major plus. It made coming and going stress-free.
I noticed a bit of peeling paint in the stairwell near the restaurant. It gave a slightly tired impression.

The welcome at check-in was friendly, and I found nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Reception staff were available upon arrival and throughout the stay, ready to help with any request. This level of attentiveness contributed positively to my stay.

I found free WiFi access to be a handy extra. The room included a well-stocked hospitality tray, with hot chocolate, biscuits. tea and coffee. On-site parking was available at no extra charge. This added much convenience.

the room felt a little dated the decor seemed like it hadn't been updated in years the wallpaper was peeling in a couple of spots it was clean however the bathroom was small with a very basic shower i also noticed some noise from the street at night , made it difficult to sleep at times

The team was friendly and helpful from check-in to departure, i felt welcome. the room was comfortable with a lovely bed. It had everything i needed. breakfast was excellent, and i appreciated the gluten-free option and oat milk for tea.
the building shows its age and could use minor decor updates.

The breakfasts were superb and plentiful with great ingredients. serving staff were particularly friendly and helpful. I appreciated the gluten-free options. there were options for oatmilk with tea and the staff were really accommodating to dietary needs.

The room was spacious with a huge comfortable bed and pristine linen. it included a large step-in shower and a separate bath. The room was beautifully clean. the location was very quiet and peaceful!
