underwhelming stay
limited varietysmall room
the pre-ordered breakfast felt quite limited. i expected more variety (especially given the price). also, the room was smaller than it looked in the photos. this made moving around a bit difficult, particularly with luggage.

The location is excellent Preston sands is just a few minutes away. The full Devon breakfast offers plenty of options. I found private parking very convenient . The host was friendly and cute upon arrival.
I noticed the bed linen wasn't changed which was a bit inconvenient. I had sand on the floor after walks and swims. This ended up in my bed since the floors weren't cleaned throughout the week. It would have been better if the bed linen was changed.

The room had everything needed for a comfortable stay. I found the decor adorable adding to the room's charm. I appreciated the en-suite bathroom that came with the room it was a great size.

the superior king room included a seating area with two armchairs the room also had a large wardrobe. i found tea and coffee making facilities readily available in the room
the staircase to the upper floors seemed a little narrow with luggage

the room included complimentary tea and coffee which i found a nice touch. the location was superb with easy access to the beachfront. a full english breakfast was available each morning. parking was available directly outside the building, a big plus.
the bathroom was a little small.
