Really good Stay!

beach access great size breakfast range accommodating hosts

The location was close to the beach. The family room had a great size. The children's beds were in their own little alcove. That was AMAZING!!! There were books, board games, and DVDs available on the landing to use. Breakfast offered a good range of hot food plus cereals, fruits, and toast. It catered to individual food preferences. The hosts provided different bread to accommodate a gluten intolerance.

i noticed only a very small detail, that the variety of available TV channels was slightly limited.

professional hosts lovely breakfast convenient extras clean room

jo and martin are lovely hosts. they are very professional and happy to chat with guests! many extras were provided for convenience. i had a good breakfast with a varied selection. the room was clean and the bed comfortable.

the pillows weren't my favourite, but that's just personal preference.

good breakfast several options good location traffic noise weak wi-fi small stain

the room had a good size. everything i needed was there. the breakfast included several options and tasted very good. location is very good for accessing nearby attractions.

the room faced the street and some traffic noise was there. the wi-fi signal was sometimes weak in my room. i noticed a small stain on the carpet.

small size poor soundproofing

the room was not quite what i expected. we booked a superior double room, but its size felt smaller than anticipated. also, the soundproofing was not great. i could hear noise from other guests and street traffic, and it made sleeping difficult.

terrible soundproofing pathetic shower

the 'superior double room' wasn't very superior if you ask me. the soundproofing was terrible i could hear every single word from the people next door, and they weren't even loud. also, the shower pressure was pathetic i struggled to wash the shampoo out of my hair.

Martin greeted us upon arrival and helped with luggage. The breakfast options offered many choices, all freshly cooked. Jo recommended places to visit (her suggestions were very helpful).
