acceptable stay overall
friendly check-in renovated room enjoyable beach club no boat arrival rudeness staff
the check-in process was quite friendly. the hotel had been recently renovated, and the room was very good. the beach club was particularly enjoyable.
the hotel does not offer direct arrival by boat, a surprise. porters took our bags but provided no directions to check in.

spacious room large windows boat arrival porter service
the room was spacious with large windows that kept the sunshine out well. the bathroom had two basins, convenient.
the hotel didn't offer boat arrival services. after arriving, porters took my bags but did not escort me to check in. this lack of guidance.
