the beach club staff made assumptions about my ability to pay. they suggested i come back during a less expensive time. (i found that odd). he said i was being rude to other guests. i thought the staff could have handled this situation more professionally, it was like their comments were based on my perceived income, the lukewarm shower

The lobby made a great impression.. valet parking was quick, and the location is very central. Service felt professional and friendly. The pool area provides a perfect place to relax after a day of activities. Breakfast options included both cooked and fresh items, along with champagne.

my room had beautiful furniture. the hotel location provided easy access. i enjoyed the sea view from my room. the cappuccino was excellent and the reception service was very friendly. the pool bar offered excellent service and hospitality.

The prestige sea view room provided amazing views of the beach. i liked the bathroom facilities in the room. i also appreciated the attentive and polite staff. Fiona from guest relations was always smiling and knowledgeable about local entertainment. i received an upgrade to a sea view room free of charge (i thought it was nice).

the check-in time was listed as 3:00 p.m., however, my room wasn't ready until 4:00 p.m. the person checking me in stated check-in was at 4 p.m. (i think they misinformed me).

abrupt beach serviceuncleaned room

the beach service ended abruptly. a staff member said they would close in five minutes. we had to leave by 5:00 pm because there was a party for south americans. we felt disappointed. also, when we returned to our room, it had not been cleaned. it wasn't pleasant at all.
