The front desk was efficient at check-in. our room had coffee facilities, including a coffee machine. we enjoyed the breakfast buffet. It offered good variety (a pleasant surprise!). the location was convenient. Many restaurants and shops were nearby.
Soundproofing could be improved. Some street noise was noticeable at night.

The rooftop bar and pool were open both day and night. breakfast provided a great range of options, including scrambled eggs and smoked salmon. the room was clean and spacious. the hotel is very close to the city center. It is a short walk.

amazing views helpful staff birthday surprise small pool area lounger availability street noise
the rooftop bar has such amazing views. it was wonderful, with tasty food. the location is also great, and i found the staff very helpful to me. i received a birthday surprise too and felt cared for.
the pool area is small, not spacious. i never found a lounger available for me. there was difficulty getting a seat sometimes. the noise from the street was loud at night, and soundproof windows are required.

The staff were kind. I felt welcome. My room was ready and spotlessly clean, which I found reassuring. The hotel's central location made exploring so easy. I could walk to most places I wanted to see.
I found the elevators to be quite busy. There were often short waits, a bit frustrating when I was in a hurry.

the rooftop pool and bar provided excellent relaxation spots with great views. the breakfast buffet offered good variety. the room was spacious and clean. the staff ensured the room was in good condition daily (fresh towels are always a plus).
i found nowhere to dry my swimming garments.
