The front desk was efficient at check-in. our room had coffee facilities, including a coffee machine. we enjoyed the breakfast buffet. It offered good variety (a pleasant surprise!). the location was convenient. Many restaurants and shops were nearby.
Soundproofing could be improved. Some street noise was noticeable at night.

the pool area is small, not spacious. i never found a lounger available for me. there was difficulty getting a seat sometimes. the noise from the street was loud at night, and soundproof windows are required.
