bottled waterhelpful staff
i stayed in a beautiful double room front sea view! it included bottled water upon arrival. the hotel offered two glasses of cava. the breakfast had much variety. these small extras made me a satisfied customer. the room was modern and functional. it was very close to the sea front and promenade.
The dinner buffet needed improvement. the food labeling could be better. Some options containing pork weren't properly labeled.

the room was super tidy upon arrival. that was acceptable.
I was assigned a room on a lower floor. street noise was noticeable even with the windows closed. furthermore, the mini-fridge in the room barely kept drinks cool. It was practically useless.

Micah's warm welcome really set the tone for my entire stay. Her helpfulness stood out. the room was kept impeccably clean daily, with fresh towels and linens always available, a welcome treat. i appreciated the little touches, such as the complimentary cava upon arrival.
I found the pool area could get quite crowded at times. Securing a sunbed often required arriving early in the morning, a bit inconvenient. this limitation impacted the relaxation i expected .

The hotel is conveniently near the beach and local shops. Access is very easy. it took only a short walk to reach the marina. Public transport is readily available just outside the premises.

The staff were attentive and helpful. They addressed queries promptly. daily room service kept the accommodations super clean. i found them consistently polite and eager to assist with requests.

the hotel location was super. friendly staff was always available. my room had a really nice view of everything. beach was very close, it was like 50m from the hotel.
the hotel dinner buffet had some limits. i wished there was more beef but there was pork. the room was noisy from road traffic, it was on the 6th floor. parking was full and i had to park far, expensive.

The location provides AMAZING access to both the beach and marina. The staff was very friendly and helpful, a HUGE plus for any vacation.
The gym's disinfectant dispenser was broken. I reported it several times, but it wasn't fixed.
