the gym was not well maintained, specifically paco was not super supportive at the gym (i even went to the gym, recreation and pool) i also found that the room lacked soundproofing. i could clearly hear conversations from the adjacent room, impacting my sleep.

I found the staff quite friendly and helpful, in each department. Breakfast was AMAZING!!! The buffet offered an excellent variety of options. The hotel's location is GREAT.
The gym has a charge. It surprised me A LITTLE.

I found the elevators quite slow. Waiting became a regular part of the day. the soundproofing wasn't great, I could hear noise from the hallway, it interrupted my afternoon nap. I could hear my neighbors too, they sounded like they were having a party or perhaps just watching television.
The hotel is very close to the beach. I could walk there in just two minutes. The breakfast buffet was diverse. The staff were nice and spoke English well.
The burger I ordered was not properly cooked initially. I needed a swimming cap to use the indoor pool. The gym was quite small and felt crowded.
I was charmed by the hotel. the lobby offered inviting seating. Perfect for relaxation. i found the bus stop outside, so convenient, and i liked the spacious room. the sea view added a special touch to the stay.
the television in my room seemed a bit outdated. it's not a major issue, but it was slightly unexpected in such a pleasant hotel.

The staff impressed me. every member was so helpful. hugo stood out by providing fantastic entertainment with his aqua dance classes. They were so fun. julian delivered professional and warm service during breakfast and dinner.
